To cancel your subscription, just head to the Customer Portal in the top right corner of our website to manage your subscription and select ‘Manage this subscription’ then click 'Cancel subscription'. You can also manage everything else from there—if you're drowning in blade refills, feel free to skip your next delivery or change how often they arrive. Need a break? You can cancel your subscription at anytime, and reactivate it when you're ready. Total control, no stress.

If you'd like to make changes to your subscription, head to the Customer Portal in the top right corner of our website. Once you're in, click on ‘Edit’ next to your active subscription. From there, you can adjust your delivery frequency, skip your next order, update your next charge date, or make other changes.

You sure can! Simply click on Shop, select The Premium Razor Kit and then choose the option of one time purchase. If down the track you decide you'd like to subscribe, we've got you.

You’ll skip just the upcoming delivery—after that, your regular schedule will resume. Great if you're still working through your last refills or just not shaving as often right now.

We’re so glad you asked. If you love your Vivre razor and would like to start subscribing. Simply click on Shop, then select Blade Subscription. Choose how often you’d like us to send you blades (based on how often you shave) and add to cart. Soon enough your blade refills will be arriving at your door when you need them.

When you order your Premium Razor Kit, you can choose how often you want us to send you new razor blades. Whether you shave every day, a few times a week, or here and there – we’ve got you covered. Each delivery will include 3 x five-blade razor refills sent straight to your door – either every month, two month or three months. Payments will come out automatically via your chosen payment method when your blades are shipped out. Oh and hey, we aren’t sensitive. You can cancel whenever you like.

All orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days, depending on where you’re based in Australia.
All blade refills are sent via stamps and delivered straight to your letterbox to keep shipping completely free—no tracking, no fuss. If you're after tracking on your delivery, we offer this as an option on your initial order or one time purchase orders.
